Geoffrey "Jeff" Arnold Beck, born on 24th June 1944, at 206 Demesne Road, Wallington, Surrey, England, UK, is a rock guitarist, musician, songwriter and actor, who's one of the 3 guitarists to have played with the Yardbirds, the other 2 being Eric Clapton and Jimmy Page. He formed the Jeff Beck Group then 'Beck, Bogert & Appice', with Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice. Much of Jeff's recorded output has been instrumental, focusing on innovative sound, his releases having spanned genres ranging from blues rock, hard rock, and a blend of guitar-rock and electronica.
