One truth to be read and contemplated for each day of the year. Covered within Kernels of Truth are 142 different topics, including traditional ones, like prayer, faith, waiting on God, anxiety, temptations, and trials. But also merged within are subjects like predestination, God's omniscience, hedonism, the meaning of existentialism, and devotions highlighting the end times. The list of 142 topics can be located, along with the dates on which they were found at the conclusion of the book. For example, the topics of Anxiety, Problems, Stress, and Worry can be found on October 28, November 23, December 18, February 13, March 7, April 12, May 12, and June 25.
