Synopsis "Krafttraining und Guillain-Barré-Syndrom (in German)"

In diesem Beitrag werden die Erfahrungen aus den Beobachtungen und Praktiken von PROFESSIONAL X berichtet, der mit einem Patienten mit Guillain-Barré-Syndrom (GBS) zu tun hatte. Die Forschung umfasst Beobachtungsmaterial von 9 Monaten, mit der Teilnahme von zwei Physiotherapeuten im Rehabilitationsprozess und einer Sportlehrerin in Bezug auf den gesamten Prozess, den wir Post-Rehabilitation nennen. In diesem Sinne erwies sich das Krafttraining als vorteilhaft, da es neuronale Anpassungen bewirkte, die Funktionalität und Koordination spezifischer Muskelgruppen für bestimmte Bewegungen steigerte und darüber hinaus die Flexibilität, das Gleichgewicht, die Koordination, die Kondition, den Fettanteil verringerte und die magere Körpermasse erhöhte. Das Hauptziel dieses Fallberichts besteht darin, zu beschreiben, wie sich der Entwicklungsprozess des Krafttrainings zusätzlich zu anderen funktionellen, sozialen, physischen und emotionalen Aspekten bei einem Patienten mit GBS vollzog. Methodisch wurde ein qualitativer Forschungsansatz mit der Anwendung eines Interviews durchgeführt.
