Synopsis "La Abuela Caracol y Su Granja"

La abuela Caracol y el señor Pisafuerte eran vecinos. Cada uno tenía una granja donde cultivaba frutas y verduras, y criaba animales. Sin embargo, lo hacían de diferente manera: ella cultivaba de manera orgánica (sin usar agroquímicos), él ocupaba todo tipo de productos químicos, que le permitían obtener buenas cosechas, pero que terminan enfermando a sus clientes y a él mismo. La abuela decide enseñar a los visitantes de su granja, escribiendo informativos y explicándoles acerca de las ventajas de cultivos sanos y de la cocina “lenta”, llevando finalmente a Pisafuerte a cambiar su forma de cultivar. Al final del libro se presenta información sobre el movimiento internacional por la comida lenta e instrucciones para hacer una granja orgánica en casa.
