This anthology collects the essays of the main liberal theorists in Mexico. This book allows readers to have a non-mediate approach to key texts which followed the tradition adopted by post revolutionary Mexicans. Its main concern is to deconstruct the myth of Mexican liberalism so as to create the questions that will ultimately lead to the recovery of a useful ideology and a solution for our current problems. Velasco, Daniel Cosío Villegas, Gabriel Zaid, Enrique Krauze and Octavio Paz, among others.
