Synopsis "La Interpretacion de los Sueños (Vol. 1)"

Freud revela aquí no una «clave de los sueños», sino la clave misma del sueño, que nos muestra, dirá, «el modo en que nuestra alma trabaja durante el estado del dormir». Si el dormir es un cierre al mundo real, el sueño, por su parte, da acceso a todo un material de pensamientos, los «pensamientos oníricos latentes», que «a la noche pueden engancharse al deseo inconsciente». El sueño es a la vez una actividad de pensamiento (el trabajo del sueño) y una realización de deseo. «La interpretación del sueño es la vía regia hacia el conocimiento de lo inconsciente», concluirá Freud.
