Synopsis "Larvizide gegen Aedes aegypti (in German)"

Ziel dieser Studie war es, die chemischen Bestandteile, die Toxizität, das Antioxidationspotential und die larvizide Aktivität des ätherischen Öls von Aniba rosaeodora Ducke gegen Larven von Aedes aegypti zu bestimmen. Der chemische Hauptbestandteil, der im EO von A. rosaeodora gefunden wurde, war β-Linalool 63,16%, gilt als vielversprechend für die pharmazeutische Synthese. Im Toxizitätstest lag LC50 im Bereich von 582 mg L-1 bis 282 mg L-1 und wurde als nicht toxisch eingestuft. Die EO zeigte eine larvizide Aktivität mit einer LC50 von 41,07 mgL-1 und einer relevanten antioxidativen Aktivität. Nach den gefundenen Ergebnissen konnte bewertet werden, dass die analysierte OE aus Substanzen besteht, die im Vergleich zu Aedes aegypti eine gute larvizide Wirkung haben, wodurch das Anwendungspotential gefördert wird.
