I have learned through challenging life issues that living in the past can evoke unnecessary misery and heartache. However, I have also learned that visiting the past on occasion can bring forth priceless treasures. To retrieve those priceless treasures and to achieve spiritual enlightenment, I have used inner work, a philosophy of reaching within, as a passageway to spiritual development. The inner work philosophy has taught me to look within for solutions and to recognize the unhealthy part of my being.
