Synopsis "Living a Balanced Life (in English)"
Our lives consist of many responsibilities, and each responsibility can consume a great amount of our time and attention. And when the responsibilities increase, life can sometimes present itself as a juggling act. Attending to all responsibilities, with the proper care and time they require, can be burdensome, and those burdens can lead to increased stress. Stress is known in the medical arena as the 'silent killer.' When we fail to manage our stress level, sickness and disease can become added burdens we must address. The Bible says in Hosea 4:6a, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." If we fail to operate with a viable plan and keep our lives in balance (to the very best of our ability), we will reap the consequences of an imbalanced life. This book discusses areas that can become problematic, creating imbalance, if not managed well. The Bible also tells us in II Corinthians 2:11, "Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices." The deceiver works daily for our demise. And, if we ignore the warning signs and operate unwittingly (without a survival plan), we will fall victim to him! But, I declare, "Not so!" We will live our lives as ordained by God and walk in the abundance of His blessings! But, we must first get our lives in order, by balancing our responsibilities, so they do not overtake us!
