Eisner se reincorpora a la producción de The Spirit después de ser licenciado por el Ejército, y lo hace en gran plan. Su dibujo se ha superado y las historias son de lo más divertidas, aún está desarrollándose su genialidad gráfica pero este volumen está lleno de clásicos del Spirit. Imperdible. Y si no se conoce la obra de Eisner ni se está familiarizado con el personaje del Spirit, éste es un gran lugar para a este par de hitos del cómic.
