Se licenció en Filosofía y Letras y es máster en Humanidades en la Universidad de Oxford. También es máster en Periodismo por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid y máster en educación secundaria por la Universidad Camilo José Cela. Colabora habitualmente en varios medios de comunicación, da conferencias y dirige el Laboratorio de Aprendizaje Social y Emocional, donde trabaja en la aplicación de la inteligencia emocional a los procesos de toma de decisiones y aprendizaje de niños y adultos.
