Synopsis "Lost (in English)"
Nothing is the same for Jessica, distraught after unsuccessfully trying to deal with a divorce from her husband, Richard. She impulsively quits her job in an effort to get away from it all. Jessica embarks on a journey where things get more complicated at every twist and turn of the road, and she eventually finds herself lost in a world of danger. Desperately needing her best friend, Margaret, she is unable to reach her, unaware that Margaret is facing her own demons. Rhonda Cunningham, a detective in the quiet little beach town of Sunnyside, soon comes in contact with a frantic Margaret, who shows up at her office. Fearing for her own life, Margaret finally works up the nerve to go to the police and report the heated argument her neighbors were having. Rhonda hates domestic violence cases, but she soon learns her own sister, Patricia, has confronted her abusive husband. Five murders later, each of these individuals struggle to come to terms with their issues as they all come together in unexpected ways, and things begin to go horribly wrong. How much worse can it get? Who is in danger, and who is the killer?
