This is a nearly Generic Universal Role-Playing Game System of Mayhem and Destruction. No RPG system is easier to learn than MUCS(TM). This game system is set in a futuristic world called Nearth. Nearth's cities what few there are in the Civilized Lands, are very dangerous, filled with bright neon lights at night and street gangs waging war on the city's night patrols. Tall metal sky scrapers pack thousands of people in small confined spaces. With a complete view of the Uncivilized Lands, any new character created there will have a chance to create and customize their own vehicle. All of what you have just read is being controlled by a few power hungry people called Power Barons, rich and powerful men, who are uncivilized beyond belief. Think of this RPG as Road Warrior meets a Fantasy World, then intermingle the two, then you have MUCS(TM).
