Die Motivation für das Studium der Mathematik in den Ingenieurwissenschaften ist ein Schlüsselfaktor für den Erfolg der Studierenden in den Ingenieurwissenschaften. Es gibt jedoch Unzulänglichkeiten bei der Entwicklung von mathematischen Fähigkeiten, um die Ziele dieser Disziplin im Studium zu erreichen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Studierenden durch eine Methodik zur Vermittlung mathematischer Modellierung mittels Differentialgleichungen im Studiengang Agraringenieurwesen zu motivieren. Ausgehend von der vorberuflichen Praxis der Studenten wird das Fach Höhere Mathematik mit der Ausrichtung auf au ermathematische Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Untersuchung beruflicher Probleme, der Durchführung von Workshops zur Definition beruflicher Probleme und ihrer anschlie enden mathematischen Modellierung eingeführt.
