Synopsis "Mémoires D'un Rêve: Memoirs of a Dream (in English)"

-Love, Sirens, Magic, Science & Chaos-'I glance down at the two notes she had left as well as the blue glowing orb and then focus on the stack of word stained sheets. "I wonder if she had seen it", sneaks from my throat and my mind wonders what her reaction would be. I place a fresh page in the typewriter rollers and start typing once again.I continue to type; an attempt to properly illustrate the magical world I had so happily stumbled into. Another twenty pages I add to the stack as my focus is broken. A loud whoosh of air pulls my hair forward and snatches the blue orb from the desk. Before my mind can comprehend the strange event I reach out and attempt to save the orb, but quickly stop when my eyes focus on reality.A large glass tube had appeared on the interior of the window sill. Lined in brass brackets and flowing up into the ceiling. The sound of rushing air ceases as the blue orb slowing drifts back to the desktop. A sliding brass door hinged on the bottom of the tube draws my attention. I reach out and slide the small door to one side and the sound of rushing air breaks the silence once again. The stack of word filled papers tremble with the pull from the tube as the blue orb flashes and dims. I open the window and lookout. The large glass tube continues on past the roof of my building, continues on past the clouds and out of sight; rising higher and higher, its path continued to the sky. My mind is fuddled with a thousand thoughts and questions as I close the window and sit back in my chair. Intrigue sets in and I reach for a blank sheet, roll it and place it in front of the sliding brass door and open it. The sheet snatches from my fingers and shoots through the tube as the brass door closes behind it.The sound ceases and then starts again. A sheet flies back down the tube and deposits itself softly on the desk through the momentarily open door. The paper slowly unrolls and falls flat to reveal the same blank page I had sent through the tube; now stained with her lips. I smile, grab a large stack of filled pages and place them in front of the tube. My heart races in confusion.I slowly reach for the brass door and let the rush of air snatch the stack of papers from my grip, sit back and place a finger to my lip. The blue orb begins to glow so fully, a glow I had not seen since I had last seen it at our magical blue lagoon. At that moment, just as the blue orb glows, the moons hue changes and shifts back to that same blue glow. The city before me was once again bathed in the magical light of her magic. "She surely had my story and was smiling in my direction. I can feel it."I lean back in my chair, relax and simply enjoy the blue-tinted world the universe had created for us once again. The faint sounds of music catch my ear as a rustle of blue sheen catches and reflect the moon's gaze. I struggle to focus through the fogged glass and deep into the darkness of the night. With my grasp on my sleeve, I wipe a small section clean. The sounds of smooth strings rise and blue outlines of those ethereal musicians appear just across the gap, perched on the adjacent roof. At least half a dozen blue outlined figures sway and twist with the music, their movements increasing and falling with the amplitude. I smile and prop my feet on the desk and simply watch and listen. I awake the next evening, one foot still propped on the desk and the other pulled close to my chest. The large glass tube still affixed to the window sill.....'
