Then, there are others who seldom or never attend church or have no church home who walk around in a hopeless state, unaware of how to connect with their spiritual self to regain mental health. It is a very lonely state when you are alone against the arsenal of Satan. Mental Health's mental and spiritual cleanse self-help process encourages its reader to connect to the life source of God in our lives. The Interactive activities at the end of each section provide insights, personal guidance and will bring about self-awareness.
