Captain Zack Adams is the only American who can identify an elusive terrorist, codenamed Chameleon. Working from a secret military base in the Middle East, an unconventional C.I.A. counterterrorism specialist, Jack "Tarzan" Trzansky, takes matters into his own hands and masterminds a plan to neutralize Chameleon, locate the missing captain and restore domestic tranquility to the Adams household.
