This version contains all three: Part I Adventures (53 images) Part II Monsters (49 images) Part III Acrobatics (65 images) To help Chinese children learn English, a preface is added to explain some English idioms, as well as synonyms accompany some difficult English words in the text. The series is suitable for children age five and over. In brief, the series is an altogether pleasant children's picture story for edification and entertainment. The humorous and compassionate story depicts the peculiar adventures of this little crawdad and his friendship with the boy, interweaving birds, spiders, snails, slugs and worms. The little fellow is twice rescued and earns his name "Micro Polo". Best of all, he turns out to have many personal qualities; his playful nature helps the boy improve Grandma's sad mood.
