Y nos modernizamos, de manera voluntaria o bajo presión. Modernización llena de riesgos, incertidumbre, inseguridad y ambivalencia. Desde esta misma perspectiva hay que leerlo todo, esto es, una realidad que nos atrae y nos repele al mismo tiempo; en consecuencia, no hay manera de gozar del lado bueno sin excluir al malo. El pensamiento y obra de Zygmunt Bauman cubre el conjunto de los problemas centrales de la teoría social.
