Synopsis "Negro el dolor del mundo"

Buenos Aires, 1729. Félix de Dios es un joven negro que ha sido criado en una casa de españoles blancos. Sabe leer y escribir, aprendió latín y a tocar el clave, así como el arte de la herboristería, que heredó de su padre. Pero a la muerte de este, su suerte queda librada al criterio de los esclavistas españoles, que consideran que un negro es un esclavo. Aunque trata de demostrar que él es un hombre libre, termina en la cárcel, donde su situación se va complicando cada vez más hasta que la única opción que le queda para salir de ese infierno es convertirse en verdugo de la ciudad.
