In the present book a study of the organizational climate is carried out with the purpose of looking for spaces of learning and improvement in the company CONSPRETOR S.C. presented in the following: CHAPTER I presents the background, justification of the topic, a concise description of the problematic existence and objectives of the research. Finally, in the CHAPTER V the conclusions of the investigation are exposed and consequently the recommendations are made to the company based on the investigation.
