Aquest volum conté tres temes principals d’interès, tots ells al voltant de la figura de Pau: les claus d’interpretació del seu pensament, la seva teologia i la relació entre Pau i Jesús. Els diversos articles tenen en compte els debats recents que han servit perquè es replantegessin les qüestions referides a la judaïtat (Jewishness) de l’apòstol i, per tant, també a la concepció paulina de la Llei. Una de les conclusions importants dels estudis presentats és que la cristologia, en la seva vessant soteriològica, constitueix, particularment, el nucli del pensament de l’apòstol. En darrer terme, gosem presentar Pau com un gran intèrpret de Jesús i del seu missatge, a partir de la unitat cristològica fonamental que estableix entre el Jesús de la història i el Crist de la fe.
