Las Vegas writer Peter Magliocco tackles the grit of Las Vegas life in his latest poetry collection Poems for the Downtrodden Millennium, where junkies, strippers, prostitutes and former beauty queens all take a turn under the spotlight. Published by The Medulla Review Publishing, the collection is a dark look at the ever-evolving modern world, and Magliocco's powerful narrative voice ventures into bold storytelling that elevates the mundane into something impossible to ignore.
