Synopsis "Rahmah: The Woman Who Lived without Food (in English)"
Rahmah, The Woman Who Lived Without Food is a true story from the rich Islamic heritage that happened in the old city of Hazorasp in nowadays Uzbekistan more than one thousand years ago. After Rahmah saw her martyred husband giving her a piece of bread in her dream, she woke up with an aversion to food and drink and she stayed around twenty-four years healthy without any nourishment at all. The story has many elements that appeal to children and is depicted artistically. Children can learn many lessons from this story. One important lesson is detailed at the end of the book: God is the only one who creates. He is the creator of all causes and their ordinary results. God has the power to make a result occurs without its usual ordinary cause and make a cause not lead to its usual result if He wills.
