About the Book Human life is full of events, emotions and experiences. Every day and every moment we experience rainbow of feelings blended with pain and pleasure. Rainbow is collection of his 12 selected short stories depicting such precious moments. These stories portray the human relations and emotions, feelings towards nature and creature, truth of the society and present environment in which we are living. Hope, the readers will enjoy the collection.About the Author Nirmal Kishor Prasad is born and brought up in Orissa and hails from Samastipur District of Bihar, obtained M.Sc, PGDCA, MBA, CSQP, and Advanced Course on DBMS Technology from premier Ravenshaw College, Cuttack, Utkal University, Bhubneshwar, IGNOU, New Delhi, STQC, New Delhi and IIT Mumbai respectively. Presently, he is Technical Director in National Informatics Centre (NIC), New Delhi Literary inclination and writing is his passion from the school days. He has translated and published many representative Hindi short stories into Oriya, composed Poems in Hindi and English, written short stories in English, Hindi & Oriya and also shown proficiency in writing and publishing technical papers (in English) on Information Technology.In eINDIA07 conference he was awarded "i4D Award 2007" at New Delhi for his excellent and exemplary contributions in SCORE (System for Computerized Registration) and HOHB implementation model implemented for statewide property registration in 124 registry offices in Bihar. In the year 2008 he was felicitated with a Trophy of "DataQuest EGov Champion Award 2008" in EGov Summit 2008 Kolkota for exemplary Contribution in e-Governance and as a 'Change Leader' in the entire Eastern Region. He has been awarded "Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration for the Year 2007-08" for the team initiative in "SCORE: e-Registration in Bihar". In the year 2019, he was awarded "National Award for e-Governance for 2018-19" by DARPG, Govt. of India.
