ENGLISH DESCRIPTION Emergency Exit (and Three Inevitable Shipwrecks) is a collection of short stories—some only a few lines long—that revolve around the theme of human relationships, particularly regarding love and passion, from a raw, realistic perspective. In each tale, a character narrates the ups and downs of his or her emotional journey: broken hearts, painful separations, infidelities, relationships that die, spoiled romances, and emotionless sex. But in this somber panorama, something always allows the protagonist to survive: a way out. That doorway that, like a miracle with hinges, opens toward salvation, toward fresh air, toward the emergency exit. This door is used in moments of crisis, in moments of anguish, in moments where reality is being shaken by some catastrophe, and there is no option but to flee in order to stay alive.
