Synopsis "Set.Setsíntns Re Stsmémelt (in English)"
The east dialect version of Children's Songs was first written in 1987 at the Secwepemc Cultural Education Society. The songs were recorded by: Ethel Billy - Adams Lake Band Bridget Dan - Alkali Lake Band Ann Michel - Adams Lake Band The illustrations are those of Kamloops Band artist Dave Seymour. This west dialect version, Set.setsíntns re Stsmémelt, was written at the Secwepemc Cultural Education Society by Mona Jules, March 2005. Colour for the illustrations was provided by Lizzy Ignace, Skeetchestn Indian Band / Secwepemc Nation. This edition was published in collaboration with the First Peoples' Cultural Foundation and Trafford Publishing.
