It has been around for centuries. Indications are that it began as an argument in the second century of church history. It has been debated; accepted; rejected; called fundamental to soteriology; and heresy. Some ministers gathered a following, while others have been removed because of their adherence to this subject. What are the ramifications of God's reconciliation and forgiveness? Is it universal? If it is, does it apply universally to all humans?
