The authors are the group of ordinary women from various cultural backgrounds with dreams and now doing extraordinary in their communities. Sharing stories of triumph, devastating experience, and everything in between with a requesting to someone to do something to encourage women to come out and speak up. Meet a woman, mother, sister, lover, friend, full of expectation, thinker and doer Susuana Olatunji Komolafe. She has being involve with various organisation engaging women, the initiator, ideology, founder of the Way Paver's Recognition Award under the platform of the Afro in Diaspora Center founded by her with the support of close friends that made it possible to bring the initiative to life.Yetunde Joyce, Originally from Nigeria. She lived in Ireland for over 17 years and now naturalized as an Irish she offered to be a co-author of Spotlight Women book because she has the passion to mentor women who are currently going through what she went through in the past. She really hope the chapter she wrote will make a positive impact to her generation and the future generations.Maria José from Chile living in Ireland since 2015 and at 21 stated travelling, she has a son, a daughter and son in law. She was abuse in her childhood and marriage and a pancreatic and uterus cancer survived. She decide to write to shows that you can have plenty time to dream, be happy and of course be a blessing every single day with love. She never in the past believe that privilege was for her.She is encouraging people to live in peace, happiness and without fear. She believe destiny put her here for something. Angela de Sao Pedro Silva, originally from Brazil living in Ireland since 2007 she has two beautiful sons and one daughter. They are everything to her and she wanted to share her life in the past . Her dreams is to encourage all people who is indoor in abuse, bullying, discrimination etc don't feel alone.Bianca Romanian by origin. Living in Ireland since January 2001. She has 5 sons. What inspire her to join the book project was the desire to share her story as she know it would help women come out of abusive situations. One of her goals for the future is to become more involved with helping women realize their worth.Funmi, a Nigerian, came to Ireland in 2001. She was inspired because she is passionate about empowering people. Sharing her story to impact other people's life positive.Irina from Cahul in Moldova, went to Colegiul Industrial-Pedagogic, a mother and wife full of loveEsmeralda Usiahon (Esmé Lubbers). Until now, I was ashamed for who I was, and this held me back for many years. Over the course of 15 years, I have healed from my wounds, and I have learned from the mistakes I have made. In order for me to heal from my bruises, and help others, I started to write my story. I was still afraid for how people would react from my story, when I wrote it.
