No es de extrañar que la visión que Gaddis nos ofrece del sistema legal sea tan hilarante como desencantada. Si en la monumental «Jota Erre» Gaddis lanzaba sus dardos contra la locura financiera que domina su país, en esta ocasión se centra en otro de los deportes por antonomasia: el afán por pleitear tras el cual no se esconde sino la fiebre por el dinero, la auténtica religión de nuestro tiempo.
