Der Bananenanbau ist eine Aktivität von gro er sozialer und wirtschaftlicher Bedeutung in Brasilien, das an fünfter Stelle der Weltproduktion steht. Die Herstellung von synthetischem Saatgut ist für die Mikrovermehrung und die In-vitro-Konservierung vielversprechend geworden. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Umwandlung und das Wachstum von Mikrosprossen der Banane 'Prata-anã', Klon Gorutuba, aus synthetischem Saatgut in MS-Kulturmedium und Vermiculit zu analysieren, wobei verschiedene Substrate und Konzentrationen von BAP (6-Benzylaminopurin) in Verbindung mit ANA (Naphthalin-Essigsäure) in der Zusammensetzung der Kapsel getestet wurden. Die Mikrosprossen wurden in eine Natriumalginatmatrix (3 %) getaucht und zur Komplexierung in eine CaCl2.2H2O-Lösung (100 mM) und anschlie end zur Dekomplexierung in eine KNO3-Lösung (100 mM) getropft. Der Versuchsplan war vollständig randomisiert in einem 2 x 5 faktoriellen Schema (Substrat x BAP-Konzentrationen) mit verschiedenen Substraten (MS-Kulturmedium und Vermiculit) und verschiedenen BAP-Konzentrationen (2,22; 4,44; 6,66; 8,88 und 13,32 μmol L-1) in Verbindung mit ANA (Naphthalinessigsäure) 0,54 μmol L-1, insgesamt 10 Behandlungen, mit 4 Wiederholungen, wobei jede Wiederholung 5 Samen enthielt.
