The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said at Mina on the occasion of Hajj al-Wadaah: "Do you know what day it is? The people replied: Allah and His Messenger know best. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) replied: This is a Haram (Honorable and Honorable) day. (Then you said: ) Do you know which city is this? The people said: Allah and His Prophet know more. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: This is a beautiful city. Then you asked: Which month is this? The people said: Allah and His Messenger know more. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: It is a Haram (Honorable) month. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: (Listen!) Allah Ta'ala has forbidden your blood, your wealth and your honor and dignity on you in the same way as you have forbidden your day in this month in your city. There is respect."
