Funded by a Russian Oligarch, the plot is orchestrated by a South Korean "chaos entrepreneur" who plans his campaign like a chess game. But only he knows when and what the final move is. A massacre in an isolated pub on the north coast of Scotland; plotting in the exotic Flying Bird Tea Shop in Seoul; politics in the Palace of Westminster, California, Washington and Montreux; a gun battle on Lake Geneva - all happens against a true backcloth of the world failing to respond to some of the most testing challenges it has ever encountered.
