Steve, (Cobra) has growned up and lived in the Bronx all of his life. At 22, he is a six-time Bronx Handball Champion, and is hated by a rival handball player named Marcus, a local gang member. When Marcus discovers that Steve has been dating his ex-girlfriend, he is infuriated. Marcus warns Steve to stay away from his ex-girlfriend, Yvette. The battle between Marcus and Steve intensifies at the handball courts. When they meet at a local tournament, the animosity and intensity grows. All see the hatred.
