A rape and sexual assault survivor, Luna has turned the voice of her pain into a megaphone to help others and advocate for change in laws and policy regarding assault at the local, state, and national level. Her distinguished career in law enforcement has given her a unique perspective on what is currently being done to assist survivors and what needs to be improved.
