This research looks at the social representations of pleasure and suffering at work for psychology trainees in organisations. The aim is to identify them, knowing what pleasure and psychological suffering are at work, what causes workers' pleasure and psychological suffering, to analyse the social representation of pleasure and psychological suffering at work for psychology students doing internships in organisations and to see how these students believe it is possible to enhance pleasure and reduce suffering at work. The theory used is the Psychodynamics of Work. The research is descriptive and exploratory and the approach is qualitative. Semi-structured interviews were carried out and the sample was non-probabilistic, based on accessibility.
