Synopsis "The Tower Attack (in English)"
When the original version of this work was published in the number 32, year 1998, of the Cuban electronic magazine "El ajedrez en Cuba", dedicated especially to the Mexican Grandmaster, glory of Latin American chess Carlos Torres Repetto, immediately the author received numerous samples of recognition, especially from Mexican fans, and after two decades since then, it is only regrettable that the limited dissemination received, by the scope of the publication of origin in those years, did not allow this historical-theoretical study had a greater significance in other countries of the area.All of the above justifies the purpose of presenting this version today, in monographic format, but published in the style of Editorial Académica Española, very appropriate for the sobriety that goes well with chess literature.I hope with this new version, the objective linked to achieve a wide promotion as a deserved tribute to Master Torres, which compensates the time spent, then and now, will be achieved.
