Synopsis "Thomas el Impostor"
Guillaume Thomas is desperate for adventure, and even at 16 years old he already knows the value of lying. Too young to fight in World War I, he assumes a false noble ancestry and lies about his age so that he can become a soldier. In this guise he meets Princess de Bormes and her impressionable daughter Henriette, and while the princess pursues charity work with the wounded, Henriette falls in love with Guillaume. Guillaume, however, is obsessed with war and lost in the realms of fantasy, until fighting in the trenches makes him begin to grasp the true meaning of war. Guillaume Thomas está desesperado por tener una aventura, y aun a los 16 años de edad ya reconoce el valor de una mentira. Demasiado joven para luchar en la Primera Guerra Mundial, asume una falsa ascendencia noble y unos cuantos años adicionales para poder convertirse en soldado.
