This explosive collection features poems written by the MindWell Poetry Slam Team in 2019. Intended to be performed live, these poems speak to the challenges of living in a world where race, class, identity, mental health and political structures strive to erect barriers. However, these poets are not to be counted among those who lie down or bow to any power structure.
