Although the mind is uniquely complex, it is important that we use simplistic measures to protect it. Not every thought that flows through your mind, is a thought that you need to entertain. Some of those thoughts must be examined, and either stored in our mental hard drive that shapes our life or deleted so that our emotions do not have to wrestle with a corrupted thought.
