There were a series of events, that individually, didn't mean anything, but the series of events added up and the pressure built on Judge John Roberts. Legalizing Obamacare would change the face of America, regarding health care, forever. The country was locked in the biggest debate since abortion, regarding social issues facing America. The news media and law scholars were speculating that if any conservative judge would vote in favor of the Obamacare law it would be Judge Anthony Kennedy, who at times was the swing vote between the conservatives' judges and the liberal judges on the court. The Supreme Court's actions made me realized that the justice system in America is neither fair nor honest. I will explain why the system stinks and why it is not the system our forefathers wanted, when they wrote our Constitution. Other Justices on the Supreme Court was aware of and blessed the decision made by John Roberts to switch his vote. Other Senators was involved in helping to pressue Judge Roberts and advising him on what to do. The story shows how corrupt America's court system is, including the United States Supreme Court.
